I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent purchase of the Redmi 14C 5G(Starlight blue, 6GB ram, 128GB storage)from Amazon. The phone was purchased on last month in feb, and it was less than a month old when I started facing a recurring issue, where the phone unexpectedly switches off while in use, and I am forced to restart it each time to get it working again. This problem has persisted despite multiple attempts to resolve it.As the device is still under warranty and within a short usage period, I kindly request that you either exchange the faulty phone with a new one or provide a full refund of the amount paid.

After Sales ; need Support to Install the New Mobile…..
Good one . Thank You Amazon. But need some support from you or the seller ; preferably on a prined form or a small booklet reg the , contacts , important photos , videos , several app s , data , etc. Transferring from the old mobile phone to the “On Line Purchased Mobile” like this Redmi 14c 5g ,etc. , because only to Senior Citizens @ age of 60+ get support from The Customer Care of Xiomi / Redmi etc. & thd local Service Center s too.. For regular normal Customers , no such support from either Amazon or the seller or the Redmi Support team..Plz consider the same above issue in your future mobile phone sales..✅👌👍💐

is good with the price but i see always whatsapp calls hand in middle and continue. Thought of internet issue but is always same for every call.
