Useless product
Phone is of low quality. Gave a boot error on the 2nd day. You don’t get any support from Amazon Customer Service as they will advice you to go to Itel service center. Serviced the phone from the service center and if didn’t last 24 hours. Difficult to get a refund and you will be forced to run after Amazon Customer support and Itel Service center. Absolutely useless product and substandard service.

Don’t Purchase Guys…
Again…. I was fooled by the ratings.. I don’t think Amazon is taking any step in reviewing whether the ratings are genuine… Phone was very slow and it doesn’t feel it is of 4GB RAM and there is no option to return … I mean seriously there is replace option but can’t replace they are only giving options for visit technician and other… What if we didn’t like this mobile and want replace it other mobile option? Nothing is there… So guys Don’t buy this.. you guys may not like the feel and speed while navigating through apps and all.. And Network picking up also not good.. we are using other mobile and no issue with network pickup..
