Bought this for my Dad. One of the best in terms of value for money especially when i felt it performed better & smoother than my M51.PS: in the last 4-5years , i have only bought Samsung Smart Phones for my self & my family members ( suggested few friends too) as our Primary phone as they are Made In India & and service/repairs for their phones & tablets too have been excellent and affordable too.So IMHO this too adds to the value for money factor.Because, I have had some terrible experiences with some other brands when it comes to service/repair that i had to just buy a new phones than going through all the hassles of getting it done.Samsung service centers has saved my time & money too.At the very least they will let you know if it could be repaired and if spares are available.I’m not advocating for Samsung but just sharing it from experiences so that some one might find it useful.For elderly people , Samsung’s UI seems to be easy to learn & use.

Don’t buy mobiles or any electrical items from amazon. They sell faulty products and make customer to loose hard earned money. Customer service is worst . chemical smell from the product and they are giving suggestion to repair and use. You pay for new one and you receive some default product and customer services tell to repair and use. I have been a amazon prime customer from 10 yrs but their service has become the worst. Will not buy any product which has value more than 1k.learned a lesson from their service.
