It is a good phone for the elderly who do not wish to mess with finger touch. But the sound is bad. One cannot hear another person clearly. So one has to call them back from another phone.

I was disappointed with the condition of the product upon delivery. The item had noticeable scratches on the screen, which made it look like a used product rather than new. Given the expectations for a brand-new item, this was quite unsatisfactory. Due to the condition, I had to return the product.
